By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. You can swap to another available session within 30 days of your original booking.

​Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, and you will forfeit your booking fee.

Any refund requests due to extenuating circumstances must be made in writing via email to [your email address]. Each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances, at our discretion.

No Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to inform us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points with each session attended, which can be used for discounts on future bookings. Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and healthy to participate in our sessions. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking.
