Refund & Cancellation Policy for Sound Baths

At Reiki Sound Sanctuary, we are committed to providing a peaceful and healing experience for all our clients. By booking a sound bath session with us, you are securing a reserved spot in our schedule. As such, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to change the date or time of your sound bath, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. While we are not obligated to offer rescheduling or refunds, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please send your rescheduling request via email to [email address]. Any changes are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a new spot will be available.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations
If you fail to attend your scheduled sound bath session without prior notice, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will be retained. We kindly ask that you respect this policy as it ensures we can offer a space to others who may be on a waitlist.
