Next, we'll settle in to a guided meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the healing benefits. embark on a tranquil sound journey led by me, Lisa Jo. Nestled in cozy blankets, you'll be enveloped by the resonant tones of my pure quartz crystal bowls. These enchanting sounds will resonate with each of your chakras, helping to shift any stagnant energy and leave you feeling both relaxed and energised. To integrate the experience, Olivia will be offering beautiful angelic healing
