Soulful Discoveries Retreat Bali

Whether you're seeking a deeper connection with yourself or contemplating new directions in life, this retreat is for anyone who is sober, sober curious, or interested in exploring life without alcohol. There will be daily all-level yoga sessions led by Alex McRobs (Sober Yoga Girl), followed by a daily sharing circle with experienced facilitators Carolyn Clark and Lisa Elsworth. These sisterhood meetings will provide a space to connect, share, and empower ourselves and each other.​Self-awareness involves noticing the rhythm of your thoughts, but leading busy lives can make it challenging to hear those rhythms.
